Historically, lead paint poisoning occurred in homes, leading state and federal authorities to require disclosure of lead paint when a home is sold. Ron Albert, a lead paint inspector, discusses the issue of lead paint in homes, and how to remedy the situation when it is found.
In this show we switch roles, with Fred moderating and Annette as the special guest. The topic is How to Purchase a Bank-Owned Property. While many aspects are the same as purchasing a traditional home, buyers must do their own "due-diligence" to assure a successful transaction.
